Account Deletion

DR HHH (DR H) allows you to create an account in the app. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data as described below.

1. Delete your account in the app

1. Open the DR HHH app and sign in.
2. Go to Me (Profile) → Settings → Delete account / Cancel account.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions and confirm your request when the conditions for deletion are met.

2. Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us to request account deletion:

• Email: service@drhhh.com
• Subject: Account Deletion Request
• Please include the phone number or email address registered with your DR HHH account, and any other information that helps us verify your identity.

3. Processing time and what we delete

After we receive your request and verify your identity, we will process the deletion as soon as reasonably possible and within seven (7) business days.

Once your account is deleted, your personal information will be removed from our systems, except where retention is required by applicable law.
